Finding (and Getting) your DREAM home!

Buying a Home is always a headache, especially for a first timer. I remember my first time (who ever forgets their first time?!), after weeks of shopping for a house. Here in Malaysia, information on finding, buying, financing, and having a house is difficult to find. Of course, there are information here and there, but you need a checklist to find all you need to know.

Just where do you find information on:

1. Finding the right location and housing developer
2. Finding the right house
3. Initiating the purchase of the house (who do you talk to?)
4. Finding information on home financing packages from Banks
5. Finding a law firm to help you draw up to Purchase Agreement
6. Finding a property valuer that can give you value for your money
